What is Coaching?

Coaching is a variable-length, creative partnership of equals where I am focused on helping you achieve your personal and/or professional goals.

You provide knowledge and expertise about your own life, skills, and desires while I provide active listening, expertise on various coaching methods, and an external perspective that enables me to ask powerful questions.

You specify the challenges and goals, then we partner to refine your success criteria and identify the changes you want to make. We then co-design a plan that helps you build awareness, experiment, and practice new behaviors that help you achieve the outcomes you crave.
